What Went Well/ What Have I Learnt

For another pre-production paperwork task, I had created a shot list for my group. Once again, I have created shots for a certain amount of moments for our news package and live OB, and given the circumstances, more filming will be taking place on online screening platforms for the interviews and by making the shots presented from a static and online screen point of view. For the camera move, audio, subject, and description of the shot boxes, I felt I have presented in appropriate detail and explanation to support and direct my team to try and achieve these elements and I very much believe and feel positive that these shots can be achieved, with once again given the circumstances. 

Even Better If/ What Could Have Gone Better

With regards to the shot type box, I feel that I was being too specific and possibly presenting the shot type on an over-complicated level. If any members of the group may feel confused about the shot type, I shall try and explain in a minimal and simple explanation of what are the shots I want to shoot. To be more on a creative level, I think I could have colored in the boxes and show a type of color code and based on the elements on the shot list. To be more specific, by coloring in one column (one element) and a different color for another column, this strategy would have been letting the team be more aware, more focused, and not feel lost on where to keep track of the column-based on the elements of the shot list.
