Pre - Production Letter to Neighbours

I made a letter to my neighbours to inform them of the filming taking place around the premises.

I wanted to make this letter of the safety and awareness about the making of the film. By explaining in the letter the context of the scene taking place outside the front of my house and to make sure it won't cause any concerns around the premieres for the day of filming. I haven't received any phone calls or any members coming to me in person about any problems. This means I can continue and possibly conclude pre - production before this Friday.
