Camera Workshop 2- Margin Call (One Shot)

Myself, Luke and Ethan worked together in the second task about using a "one shot" style in filmmaking from using a dialogue piece from the film Margin Call.

WWW- What Went Well  -  Considering the task itself was quite difficult to work on, i felt that all three of us really tried to put in a lot of effort in. In terms of the acting, remembering the lines, problem solving with the one take (shot) aspect in filmmaking. We all had our own style when we all took turns to become the director/ DOP of the task. I felt my one was taken some inspiration from a previous short film that i participated in and i imagined that i could try and take the inspired shot from that previous film to this exercise task.

EBI - Even Better If - If i had the entire day to work on this aspect, i really would of wanted to try and use different angles, individuals being positioned differently and directing Luke and Ethan to portray different body language to suit the tone and situation from the film itself, Margin Call. This is a aspect in filmmaking that i want to continue further on, as i really find the aspect itself very motivating, intense and interesting to a filmmaking point of view.
