Editing Workshop - Premiere Pro (16.10.19)

With today learning more about Premiere Pro i was given some new techinques on short cuts when beginning in post - production.

WWW -What Went Well 

In terms of editing the footage we were given, i think i chose the most appropriate shots to connect with the storyline and capturing the right emotions. For technical terms i believe choosing accurate video transitions, e.g. "cross dissolve  and dip to black". 

EBI -Even Better If 


I think I could of adjusted the music in the background as it being not as loud as the dialogue is playing along.

Also by trying to improve the transitions and by using the "opacity" instead. From my experience in editing i do prefer to take extra time by not rushing and as we were on a timer. Overall it being just a quick exercise task in post - production and i felt this has supported my process in editing, if i just didn't felt the whole process was a rush. Instead i needed to think this was a fun task.

Hoping next workshop i shall be more prepared and not putting any pressure on myself and just knowing this is only a exercise.
