What Went Well
I felt this process supports the production shoot, a very helpful, useful technique, and partly when it comes to the organisation of pre - production. I also made sure to inform my cast and crew about this production schedule, by including information of the times, the cast needed on set, and of course most importantly the targeted times of the start and conclusion time set of the end of the production shoot. I made sure on the day of the production shoot, that i would focus on the schedule sheet, and if we were in front or behind the production schedule. I shall be using this pre - production technique more often, to make sure myself, the cast and crew are staying on target to achieve our durations for the production.
Even Better If
I could of included a bit more information on the schedule, to present it more professional and some location still photos. To show this schedule looking more helpful for the cast and crew, and by also showing the production team a clear view of what the locations will look like for the production team to experience before the day of the production shoot comes to present. In terms of the presented language, i could of been a bit more specific, and by giving titles of the scenes. That could make the actors feel more prepared, knowing and noticing when the scenes shall be filmed. It's also another support technique, to give more time and prep for the actors to get into character.
Conclusion
For this being my first time creating a schedule sheet, i have felt this supports all film directors, the cast and crew to constantly focus and to remember when and what needs to be achieved on the day of production. For future targets, i shall be using a more detailed information sheet (photos of the filming locations, the title of the scenes) to show the cast and crew a more recognisable, a more of a notice schedule sheet for preparing cast to get into character, and for the crew members to get a more of a experience and feel of the locations.
