PRODUCTION NOTES 2 - EMAIL CAST & CREW 

The email to the cast & crew

What Went Well

My main target of informing my cast and crew, was making sure to send the email over before the day of production happened. I made sure i sent over as much as of the important information, for example the starting and finishing times, the weather forecast, the catering that will be served as from my promise, and a couple of screenshots that included information of the production schedule and a map of the two production locations. I made sure as well that i would answer any important questions or concerns from any of the cast and crew members, and i was sent over a couple of questions. This was mostly about costumes that the cast members were asking about, i replied with the upmost honesty about the actors dressing up as their characters occupations, and also about the characters location they were based at, and for example a characters casual home feel, and a characters occupation dress code. 

Even Better If

Mentioning before about not mentioning in the email about the costumes the actors were asking about, for next time i should mention in the email about what costumes the actors will need to where on the production shoot. To give time, preparation for the actors to know and understand what will be appropriate for them to where to show a good representation as their character. In terms of my language, i felt that i repeated myself about on the second location objective, i felt as well i presented the information in the email a bit odd, and by sometimes not presenting the information all in a chronological order. 

Conclusion

I believe i mentioned as much of the information to my cast and crew, making the cast and crew feel satisfied, prepared, and also making sure to ask me any questions or concerns about the production shoot. For further improvements, i shall be mentioning about the costumes mainly to the cast members, and by going into a detailed topic based on the characters mood, location and occupation. For further improvements as well, i shall present my email in the different subjects, and more of a chronological and appropriate order.
